Cream Soup with Mushroom


  • Mushroom x 10
  • Onion x 1/2
  • Chicken stock x 500ml
  • Whipping cream x 50ml


  1. Cut mushroom into halves and onion into 4 pieces. Set aside.
  2. Add mushroom, onion and chicken stock into the glass bowl. Cover with lid. Turn the control knob to Veloute / Fine Soup Mode and set the timer to 30 minutes start cooking.
  3. During the last 10 minutes, open the measuring cup to add whipping cream for a smooth texture.
