Cream Soup with Mushroom
- Mushroom x 10
- Onion x 1/2
- Chicken stock x 500ml
- Whipping cream x 50ml
- Cut mushroom into halves and onion into 4 pieces. Set aside.
- Add mushroom, onion and chicken stock into the glass bowl. Cover with lid. Turn the control knob to Veloute / Fine Soup Mode and set the timer to 30 minutes start cooking.
- During the last 10 minutes, open the measuring cup to add whipping cream for a smooth texture.
